Cancellation Seminar

If you cannot participate, we ask for a written cancellation. In case of cancellation or no-show, we will incur the hotel canellation fee and/or other cancellation fees. We will send you an invoice. In case of too few registrations or illness of the lecturer / head of the seminar, the organizer, theonesoul suisse sa, is permitted to cancel or postpone the seminar. In case of cancellation, all deposited fees will be reimbursed.

Cancellation Book and Photo Order

An exchange of books and photos are not possible due to the protection of intellectual property. Exceptions are: wrong delivery. We will agree to send a replacement. The customer does not receive the right to cancel the contract nor reduce the price as long as a replacement can be sent within a reasonable time span. theonesoul suisse sa has to be notified immediately of any false deliveries. The wrong product must be marked with customer number and reason for its return and sent back within 8 days of receipt (postmark) to theonesoul suisse sa. The customer returns the good(s) at his or her own risk and cost. Otherwise no right for replacement free of charge can be granted. In addition and in accordance with legal regulations, theonesoul suisse sa cannot be held liable for products sold and shipped.
